Real FA Swans were in goal scoring form yesterday morning at home versus Kinnegad. Having picked up a number of injuries last week the SWANS named a side that seen five under 15s and one u14 player all start. Kinnegad were organised from the start and they sat deep and defended. The Swans found the first fifteen minutes difficult, but when Ciara McManus found the net everything settled down and the goals began to flow. Impressive performances from Cailin on the left, the forementiond Ciara and Zoe Mooney were the highlights of the first half. The contest to be fair was over at the break but absolutely fantastic credit to the kinnegad girls who never changed their attitude, work rate and desire to improve with every passing minute.

Swans did make six changes at half time and it wasn't long before the subs were staking a claim for a starting spot next week. Lauryn Sheridan, Chloe Smullen, Kacey Geoghegan and Eva Kelleghan all having impressive displays and scoring some serious goals.

Player of the match must go to Kacey Clynes who's two goals and her tireless work on and off the ball caused Kinnegad problems throughout.

We would like to wish club captain Alison Bane who was injured last week and Katie Kelly who picked up a foot injury yesterday a speedy recovery.

Well done girls keep up the great work.
